Havenwoods is hosting a city wide job fair! Candidates can expect to meet potential employers and learn about job opportunities available within Havenwoods and the City at large. Immediately following the job fair, job seekers are invited to take part in ‘The Interview: A Reverse Job Fair’ hosted by NEWaukee and Havenwoods Economic Development Corporation.

About The Interview: A Reverse Job Fair
Not only will you be able to hear directly and honestly from some of Milwaukee’s best and brightest companies about what it’s like to work for them, they’ll be interviewing on the spot for available positions! With open positions in all different sectors, this is the place to be if you’re looking to change it up or start something totally new!
Schedule of Event:
4:00pm -6:00pm – Havenwoods Job Fair
6:00pm – The Interview program begins
| 6:00- 6:30 – CEO interviews
| 6:30 – 7:30 – On-site micro interviews with company representatives

Steve Hentzen – For more than 90 years, the family owned business, Hentzen Coatings Inc. has provided the high technology paints and coatings on surfaces of U.S. Army missiles, farm equipment, ovens, aerospace and scores of regional jets. Steven Hentzen, joined the family business in 2000 where he has served as Vice President of Operations. Steven’s credentials include a B.B.A. from UW-Madison in Accounting and Information Systems and a Law Degree from Marquette University.
Sonya Jensen-Ruiz – Sonya Jensen-Ruiz has been the Talent Acquisition Manager for HellermannTyton since 2003. Substantial company growth has made talent acquisition a priority and a major focus for the company. She has taken on various roles in Human Resources over the course of over 22 years of experience in employee relations, talent acquisition and talent development.
Mike Graverson – Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Mike grew up in Appleton “Paper Valley” and has an extensive background in the paper industry in both Wisconsin and Arizona. He began his career as a machine operator while he was still in school and later moved into the cost accounting department before taking positions on the operations management side of various paper-related businesses. In those roles he served as both Plant Manager for multiple facilities and later as President of a Milwaukee-based paper converting company.
